We created a “frictionless” logo creation tool for Staples that leveraged Makr capabilities, but was skinned as Staples. Rather than having users design a logo, the idea was to design a logo for the user by asking a series of questions.
The data showed users who used preview functionality were more likely to convert, so we changed the tile to automatically expose a preview.
